Single-Serve Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hey there!
I recently joined Pinterest, and one of the things I found was how easy it was to find recipes on there and get new ideas. One of the things that caught my eye was a MICROWAVED single-serve cookie. Yes, you read that right. I decided to try out the recipe today and it was amazing! It's really quick, simple, and easy to make. Original recipe can be found here. This is the link to my Pinterest.
Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 drops of Vanilla Extract
  • small pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • slightly less than 1/4 of a cup of flour
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl. Add in sugars, vanilla, salt, and egg yolk. Mix thoroughly.

2. Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly
3. Put in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 40-60 seconds, until it is firm and looks ready.

4. Enjoy carefully! It's hot coming out of the microwave!

This is my first post so thanks for putting up with any mistakes I might have made!
